POOL Spaces

A wide variety of tenants selected to create synergy and promote community through social interaction are linked with public spaces deliberately designed to encourage guests to stop and stay awhile.

The Farmers' Market
A farmers' market located on the south of the project serves as an anchor. Facing Main Street and the parking lot, access through over height glass garage doors is through the south facade. Simple, clean and flexible interior space with a combination of day lighting and artificial light along with climate control make this the state's first indoor farmer's market.

The Living Room
The living room is a place for social interaction including evening movies, community theater on the venue's stage, classes, and more. Comfortable seating in three zones (the 'big table', the lounge, and the 'venue' allow multiple simultaneous programs to occur or allow the entire space to be used for larger events.

Meet, Gather, Learn, Rest
Social spaces throughout the project offer comfortable seating, interactive activities, and programmed events.  'Meet' is located at the main entry and is anchored by a specialty food vendor as well as places to sit and mingle while waiting for friends and family. "Gather" is a casual public area adjacent to POOL's food uses, and "Learn" is the social hub for community events and programming.

The Garden

A lush garden environment planted along the corner of POOL serves as an outdoor gathering and function space for a majority of the venue's food and beverage tenants.  Created as an escape from the everyday, as well as the summer heat, the indoor/outdoor garden space offers a variety of seating and dining areas, water features, shade and social spaces.
